Four Line Fiction (2352)

Welcome to Four Line Fiction, a pix-to-prose challenge. The concept for the challenge is simple. Every second Tuesday (bi-weekly) I will post an image I have captured myself, featured from another blog or plucked from the Interweb. You as the writer are to use that image as a point of inspiration to craft a masterpiece of fiction in four lines. And now for this week’s image…

Image: Unknown

This week’s image is a pair of Keen (no I am not receiving any kind of advertising revenue) hiking boots that are walking on air about six inches above the trail. Furthermore, there is no one wearing the brown leather boots with clean black soles. Well perhaps the invisible man, but that is unconfirmed.

Be creative and have fun. I look forward to reading the tales you spin. Don’t forget to show your fellow bloggers some love -❤️- take some time to read, like, and comment on their masterpieces.

T-Shirt Wisdom Wednesday (2352)

Welcome to the bonus Christmas Day edition of T-Shirt Wisdom Wednesday. This holiday edition is precisely what it sounds like. Just like the regular feature that goes live every other Wednesday (bi-weekly) this bonus is specifically designed for Christmas. The quote has been plagiarized directly from the chest of a woman I know however the design is entirely my own.

Hey Santa, it’s never too late to change…

Merry Christmas to those who celebrate and for those who don’t may the joy of the holiday season fill you with happiness!

Hope you enjoyed this Christmas Day edition. Your suggestions for future posts are always welcome. If you come across something you think is worthy of being pasted across someone’s chest and paraded around publicly jot it down and send me a message. If it makes the cut, I will whip up a graphic design template and use it in a future post. Any suggestions used will include a shout-out and link to your blog on the week it posts.

T-Shirt Wisdom Wednesday (2351)

Welcome to another edition of T-Shirt Wisdom Wednesday. This hump day feature is precisely what it sounds like. Every other Wednesday (bi-weekly) I will post a graphic that is funny, poignant, witty, honest, crude, toothsome, with bite, or just plain old ridiculous. Some I’ll have plagiarized directly from a chest near you. Others may not have been spotted in the wild but should be out there. This week’s graphic design is in keeping with the holiday spirit…

That Santa… I wonder if he put himself on the naughty list?

Suggestions are always welcome. If you come across something you think is worthy of being pasted across someone’s chest and paraded around publicly jot it down and send me a message. Four Line Fiction (2350)

Season’s greetings from Four Line Fiction, a pix-to-prose challenge. May the holidays bring joy and happiness to you and your families.

The concept for the challenge is simple. Every second Tuesday (bi-weekly) I will post an image I have captured myself, featured from another blog or plucked from the Interweb. You as the writer are to use that image as a point of inspiration to craft a masterpiece of fiction in four lines. As this is the last #gb4lf post before Christmas, this week’s image is in line with the season…

Image: Unknown

This week’s image is an evening winter scene. A pair of carrot nosed snowmen, possibly father and son, are dressed in blue scarves and hats standing outside a white picket fence and next to an old tree that is partially obscuring a small house filled with light in the background. To the left, a mailbox sits next to a gate adorned with a Christmas wreath and a glowing lantern hanging from the trellis above.

Be creative and have fun. I look forward to reading the tales you spin. Don’t forget to show your fellow bloggers some love -❤️- take some time to read, like, and comment on their masterpieces.

T-Shirt Wisdom Wednesday (2349)

Welcome to another edition of T-Shirt Wisdom Wednesday. This hump day feature is precisely what it sounds like. Every other Wednesday (bi-weekly) I will post a graphic that is funny, poignant, witty, honest, crude, toothsome, with bite, or just plain old ridiculous. Some I’ll have plagiarized directly from a chest near you. Others may not have been spotted in the wild but should be out there.

I posted a mom innuendo T-shirt a couple of editions ago and Chel at chelowens.com mentioned in the comments that she had ordered a “Pregnant as a Motha'” in anticipation of a new Owens family addition. In celebration of boy number seven soon, I designed this graphic in four different colours. If you know Chel the baby blue is featured for obvious reasons. Congrats Chel.

Suggestions are always welcome. If you come across something you believe should be pasted across someone’s chest and paraded around publicly jot it down and send me a message. If it makes the cut, I will whip up a graphic design template and use it in a future post. Any suggestions used will include a shout-out and link to your blog on the week it posts.
